All of our display cabinets are hand-crafted at our facility in Eugene, Oregon but we ship our products all around the U.S.

Return Policy: We accept returns, no questions asked, within 1 year of purchase. You only need to pay for return shipping.
Shipping: All of our display cabinets are shipped UPS ground, who is pretty good, but not perfect. So, all shipments are insured for full value, and if there is shipping damage, we will cover the cost of the return and send a replacement display cabinet quickly. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Custom display cabinets usually take 3-4 days to complete and ship. If you find a display case on our website that doesn’t quite fit your needs, no problem! Unlike most companies, we love doing custom orders. In fact, a third of our customers request a customization of one of our display cabinets. We think every collection, no matter how big, small or unique, should be housed in a display case that’s the right fit.
